After spending over an hour with Amazon and trying everything possible, I had finally had it so told them I would try later. They were supposed to call back but never did. We went to gym and when we got back I tried again to connect and was successful. So here I am with nothing to say. I will say I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that my peeps in Ohio stay safe...
